Returns & Exchanges

Every SĀNTI piece is made just for you. Once you place your order, we begin making it in your size and in the print you chose. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a wrong size or a change of mind. The same applies to every item in our store: tees, mugs, journals, totes, caps and phone cases.

Choosing your size

Grab a shirt you already love. Lay it flat and measure the chest from armpit to armpit, and the length from the top of the shoulder to the hem. Match those numbers to the size chart on the product page.

Cancelling an order

Because we start making your order soon after you place it, you can cancel only within 12 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as you can, with your order number. Once your piece is in production, we are not able to cancel it.

If something isn’t right

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we confirm it, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund you in full. There is no need to return the original.

What’s normal with a printed piece

Every SĀNTI piece is printed to order, and a few small things are part of the process, not defects:

Print placement. The print can sit up to 0.5 inch (about 1 cm) away from where it appears in our photos. Small differences in where the design lands are normal.
A faint smell on a new tee. It is temporary and fades with the first wash.
A light residue on the fabric, most often on light-coloured tees. It is temporary and fades with the first wash.

To keep your print looking its best, wash it cold, inside out, and tumble dry on low. If something looks different from this, or you’re not sure, write to us with a photo and we’ll take a look.

If your package is lost

If your tracking shows that your package was lost in transit, or marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us. We’ll look into it and put it right.
